Situated in a quiet area with comfortable Andalucian furniture and
sitting in the lounge, you can hear and see the waves lapping onto
the beach.
Private secure parking space in large car park at the rear.
FACILITIES
This penthouse consist of two bedrooms, one is a double and the other
is twin bedded. Shower room, living/dining room that seats four, well
fitted kitchen with hob, oven, fridge, freezer, iron and ironing board,
toaster, microwave and washing machine.
The apartment has air conditioning for the summer and also heating for
the winter evenings.
House linen is provided, please bring your own beach towels
The apartment is in a quiet residential area and has the benefit of
Satellite TV
Facing South and West the apartment benefits from all day sun
Balcony, terrace, patio furniture and car parking to the rear
Activities within easy reach include golf, sailing, scuba diving, aqua
park to name a few, and the ski resorts are only 2 hours drive.

PRICES
• November - March 350 pounds per week
• April & October 425 pounds per week
• May, June and mid September 500 pounds per week
• July, August & first two weeks September 600 pounds per week
• Easter & Christmas 425 pounds per week
• Long term rental from November until end of March 850 pounds,
excluding services
• Prices may be subject to change at the owner’s discretion
Cot and high chair 30 pounds
200 pounds (refundable) breakage deposit is payable prior to
arrival. To confirm
your booking a 50%
deposit cheque has to be sent, balance cheque one month before arrival.
Final cleaning is included in all fees.
If required extra cleaning it may
be charged for.
Again please note our lovely villas are
aimed for family use. Groups of
youngsters not supervised or students are not welcome. In this respect
we
reserve the right to refuse admission.
