bathroom, a new kitchen, air conditioning. In the top floor there are

double bedrooms with bathroom "ensuite". All to be
refurbished by January 2009.

This villa is maintained to the highest standards. From the reception
which is manned seven days a week, to the man who cuts the grass are
trained to look after your needs and help you have a relaxing worry
free holiday. If you have ordered a car for your holiday you will be
greeted on your arrival at the airport. There is no queueing, form
filling or searching for your car as this is all done when you book
your holiday, ensuring you a speedy departure from the airport.
Otherwise a taxi will soon have you on your way.
On entry to your villa you will find the following:

- A map of the island - detailing all main towns and places of interest
- A "what's on" guide to events happening on the island
- Information book

LOW SEASON: 910.00 Euros (per property per week)

CONDITIONS
Changeover day is normally from Friday to Friday.
Depending on availability we can be a little flexible on the changeover
days i.e. Saturday or Monday.
FURTHER DETAILS
A deposit of £100 (non-refundable) must be paid at the time of
booking. The first named person on the booking (who must be at least 18
years of age) must sign our booking form. The balance must be paid 8
weeks before departure.
