Villa – sleeps 6

This luxury villa is very popular and unique. The air conditioned villa comprises three double bedrooms - one with en suite including Jacuzzi bath. There is also a separate bathroom and a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and sea views. The large lounge and diner has its own terrace with table and chairs for 6, large sunblind and excellent sea views. This room also includes Sky TV, video, a DVD player and a hi fi.

Apartment – sleeps 4

The separate spacious fully fitted apartment has two double bedrooms, a bathroom and a fully fitted American style kitchen with washing machine. The lounge includes two 2 seater sofas and TV with DVD player. There is a separate outdoor utility room that includes a washing machine and tumble dryer. All living accomodation has access to all the outdoor facilities this property has to offer.

Facilities

The villa has been finished to a very high standard throughout and includes many high spec appliances including automatic sun blind system, Sky TV, a large outside living area with covered bar with fridge, large BBQ, several terrace areas each offering quality outdoor tables and chairs etc. Both kitchens include a oven/hob, fridge/freezer, toaster etc. This villa also has car parking outside the property.

Outside the holiday villa and apartment there is a huge 12 x 4 metre heated swimming pool with roman steps and underwater lighting that complements the outdoor lighting of the villa. The garden area has a fully automated irrigation system. Also included are sets of garden furniture, 12 sunbeds with mattresses, outside WC with shower and wash basin.
