This tapas style villa is a beautiful, detached villa on the edge of a town called Nerja.

The villa has two parts. Upstairs has three-bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen, large open lounge and dining roon with Sky television. The balcony to one side of the villa has a panoramic view of the countryside to the Almijara mountains. The front balcony overlooks the private swimming-pool and views of the sea and Africa on a clear day.  There is a large terrace to the front with a barbeque area.

Below is a separate, self-contained apartment with a well equipped kitchen, bathroom, lounge/dining room and two bedrooms with two single beds and a double bed. In the grounds surrounding the house are mature fruit trees including apricots, peaches, cherries and grape vines 'a tapas holidays paradise'. There is a car-port and large storeroom with washing machine. The villa is fully furnished and equipped.

The house is in one of Nerja's most select areas on the road to Burriana beach, and is a very quiet residential area. The beach is half a mile away and town centre one mile.
