Villa in Nerja (TC01)
For those seeking a quiet setting and wonderful secluded tapas scenery,
a more
idyllic location would be hard to imagine. Yet still only 1 kilometre
from centre of Nerja, although car hire is recommended to explore
Nerja's beautiful countryside.
This 4 bedroom cottage has been decorated and refurbished with rustic
and artistic flair, and has a delightful feeling of space and comfort.
Fantastic views to the south down the valley to the sea, and all around
to the Almijara mountains. There is a private pool 8x 4 metres in size,
perfectly situated for sun all day with a cascading waterfall. Next to
the pool there is a barbecue house with a covered terrace and seating
for eight people.
The old established garden all around is crowned with beautiful old
palm trees, providing shade during the day.
The entrance is through the large lounge with many interesting and
original features. There is an open fire place, full kitchen, satellite
TV, dining area. There are two double bedrooms, two twins, three
bathrooms all en-suite, plus a separate WC Patio doors lead to terrace
of private pool.

On the ground floor, there is one twin bedroom with shower room
en-suite, one double bedroom with bath and wash hand basin and a
separate WC, French style!!, an L shaped lounge and dining area with
fireplace and kitchen, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer etc.
On the second floor one double bedroom
with terrace, one twin bedroom and one shower room, a generous family
size!! Private pool 8 x 4 metres by 1.2 metres deep.
BBQ house, 600 square metres private garden, and parking outside the
villa. Car hire is recommended.
PRICES
• November-March 550 pounds per week
• April and October 700 pounds per week
• May, June and September 975 pounds per week
• July and August 1,350 pounds per week
• Easter 850 pounds and Christmas/New Year 1100 pounds per week
• Long term rental from November until end of March price per month is
1100 pounds excluding services
• Prices may be subject to change at the owner’s discretion
Cot and high chair 30 pounds
200 pounds (refundable) breakage deposit is payable prior to
arrival. To confirm
your booking a 50%
deposit cheque has to be sent, balance cheque one month before arrival.
Final cleaning is included in all fees.
If required extra cleaning it may
be charged for.
Again please note our lovely villas are
aimed for family use. Groups of
youngsters not supervised or students are not welcome. In this respect
we
reserve the right to refuse admission.
