Lovely Villa in Nerja (VCG-06)
This 2 bedroom property sleeps 4 people. There is one double bedroom
with shower room en suite, air conditioning and heating, one twin
bedroom as well as another fully equipped shower room. The two bedrooms
look out to a fresh patio with plants.
This villa also has a well equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer -
all electric.
Large lounge/dining room with SatelliteTV with DVD player, air
conditioning (in double bedroom and lounge), heating, and open
fireplace for the winter. Large patio door leads to the breakfast
terrace looking out to the sea and Almijara mountains, spiral stairs
lead to a roof terrace with splash pool, barbeque area and views all
around, totally private.
House linen is provided, please bring your own beach towels.

• November-March £350 per property per week
• April and October £425 per property per week
• May, June and mid September £500 per property per week
• July, August and first two weeks of September £600 per property
per week
• Easter and Christmas £425 per property per week
• Prices may be subject to change at the owner’s discretion
Long term rental from November until
the end of March is 850 pounds per month, excluding services.
Please note that £200.00
(refundable)
breakage deposit is payable prior to
arrival. To confirm your booking a 50% deposit cheque has to be sent,
and
balance cheque one month before arrival.
Final cleaning is included in all fees.
If required extra cleaning it may
be charged for.
Again please note our lovely villas are
aimed for family use. Groups of
youngsters not supervised or students are not welcome. In this respect
we
reserve the right to refuse admission.
