service/website you have accepted these conditions. The conditions may
be amended at any time without notice to you.

Any dispute arising in
relation to your use of our service will be governed by English law and
will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

with an Agent, that contract is between you and the Agent. The Business

by you in relation to any such booking or the cancellation of any such

including all outbound and inbound travel.

services may contain advice relating to passports and visas, insurance,
health requirements and other matters relating to your Holiday. That
advice is not to be relied upon as a statement or representation of
fact and the Business will not be liable for any losses suffered by you
in relation to that advice.

responsibility for the content of, nor for the services or goods
provided by any organisation in respect of which a link appears on the
Website, and will not be liable for any losses suffered by you as a
result of following a link or entering into a contract with any such

representation as to the existence or availability of any property
advertised, nor as to the quality or nature of any property advertised.

When you register with Tapas Holidays Ltd we need to know your name,

information to allow us to process your registration. We will not use
this information to contact you unless you have made a specific enquiry
or have requested a newsletter, in which case you agree to your details
being used for the purpose of contacting you.

When you place an advertisement we need to know your name, address,
telephone number and e-mail address, as well as detailed information
about your property(s). The contact details provided by you will only
be published on the website to enable potential customers to contact
you if you have agreed to us doing so. By signing our Agents contract,
you agree to your details being used in this way.

advisers and any prospective purchasers and their advisers and will be
